in the discipline of innovation
A global conglomerate realized that their businesses were becoming
increasingly commoditized, threatened by declining share and margin. They
recognized that success would require significant and ongoing innovation,
supported by the right training, tools and metrics.
Chartic was selected to develop and deliver a customized program entitled
Leading Through Innovation. This ongoing program is delivered to
managers at multiple levels and functions within the organization. It
incorporates a rich combination of leading-edge thinking with real-world
examples, culminating with an exercise to direct the identification,
development and execution of business-specific innovation initiatives.
These initiatives are prioritized, staffed and driven to completion in
the following weeks and months. The results to date include innovations
in products, processes and business models, as well as the actual
granting of new technology patents.
