 Steve Wilson
President
Steve Wilson has been President of Chartic since its founding in 2000.
Prior to Chartic, Steve was Partner at Lochridge & Company, an
offshoot of the Boston Consulting Group, based in Boston, MA. Steve sits on several boards of
directors of both for-profit companies and non-profit institutions. He is
a frequent lecturer on Strategic Growth and Innovation at both public
conventions and private client venues.
Steve earned his MBA from the Wharton School of Business where he
graduated with honors and was selected commencement speaker.
 Andrew Becker
Vice President
Andrew has over 13 years of experience as a strategy consultant and has been with Chartic since 2000. Prior to Chartic, Andrew served as a Principal of Lochridge & Company in Boston, MA and as a consultant in London with OC&C, a pan-European strategy consulting company.
Andrew has extensive experience in a wide range of industry sectors including: financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, media and healthcare.
Andrew earned his master's degree from Clare College at Cambridge University where he was
awarded First Class degree in Economics and Management Studies.
 Kjersti Rosen
Project Manager
Kjersti joined Chartic in 2001, returning to consulting after serving as Product Manager and subsequently Product Strategist for Firepond, Inc, in Waltham, MA. Prior to Firepond, she was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Oslo, Norway.
Kjersti’s interests are growth and market strategies, building on experience from a variety of industries, such as: manufacturing, building products, financial services, consumer electronics, software, and healthcare.
Kjersti earned a master’s degree with honors from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
