Our business simulations are designed to be weeklong, in-residence course for emerging leaders that teaches the fundamentals of how to manage a business with an emphasis on the importance of effective cross-functional communication in driving business success. The class is centered around a customized business simulation in which participants assume key functional roles in Sales & Marketing, Operations & Sourcing, Product Engineering and Finance to compete against other companies for sales growth.
Each course has a four-part leadership curriculum, with key learnings reinforced throughout the simulation.
